质保条款

Please thoroughly inspect the package before signing.

(1) If there is no damage, sign for the product. If there is damage, report this on the delivery slip or, alternatively, refuse the shipment and it will be returned to CarbonBikeKits. If a claim is made against the shipping company, they will provide a compensation number. Please inform CarbonBikeKits of this number for delivery tracking. Arrangements for reshipment will be made within 10 business days upon receiving the returned item.

(2) If the items are damaged but accepted and not reported, there is no recourse against the delivery company and you are responsible for purchasing any replacement product.

(3) If the package is in good condition, but the product is significantly damaged in transit, please keep the waybill, packaging, etc., and contact us (info@carbonbikekits.com) within 7 days after the delivery.

If the shipment gets lost in transit, please get in touch with us (info@carbonbikekits.com) immediately.

If the product you received does not match your order, do not use the product, and contact our customer service team (info@carbonbikekits.com). If a return and refund is granted, it will be subject to the conditions below, unless otherwise agreed to by CarbonBikekits:


(1) Only products in saleable condition, shipped from CarbonBikekits and having arrived within the last 30 days, will be considered for a return in terms of a refund.


(2) Special configured products (non-stock/special order) will not be considered for return and refund unless the issue is due to an error made by CarbonBikekits.


(3) Should CarbonBikekits agree to a return and refund, expect repayment within 3 business days after the item has arrived at CarbonBikekits.


The customer is responsible for all fees associated with returns:


(1) 20% of the initial purchase value (minimum $100 USD) will be charged for restocking and refurbishment.


(2) Shipping costs, customs, duties, and any other fees unless otherwise stated in the warranty policy.

Scope: The Crash Replacement Policy covers accidental crashes or misuses such as casing a big jump or drop, crashing, rock strikes, heat damage, etc.

Product: Applies to all rims. 

Coverage: 3-year crash replacement from the date of purchase. 15% discount for replacement rims.

Conditions:

(1) The crash replacement policy is not transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser.

(2) Any problem found on the warranty replacement product should be claimed within 7 days after the replacement is received, otherwise, the replacement is viewed as settled. The warranty period applies to the original purchase date and does not reset with a replacement rim.

(3) Please note that you are responsible for any associated shipping costs, customs, taxes, and duties.

保修范围

  • 2022年之前订购的轮圈/车轮:自购买之日起享受2年+1个月的保修;
  • 2022年及之后订购的轮圈/车轮:自购买之日起享受3年+1个月的保修;
  • 车架享受5年保修;
  • 碟轮、3/4/5/6碳辐条轮享受自购买之日起2年+1个月的保修。

条件:

  1. 如果在收到产品后的30天内出现任何制造缺陷,CarbonBikeKits有义务更换轮圈,并承担运输费用。如果在31天后至3年内出现任何制造缺陷,CarbonBikeKits仍有义务更换轮圈,但客户需承担运输费用。

  2. 我们可以自行决定更换为更高承重级别的轮圈。如果我们不再生产您购买的轮圈,我们会免费将您升级为最新的同类型号。

  3. 标准保修计划不可转让,仅适用于首次购买者。

  4. 如果在收到更换产品后的7天内发现任何问题,需提出索赔,否则该更换视为已解决。保修期限适用于原购买日期,替换轮圈后并不重置保修期限。

保修不适用的情况:

  1. 不当组装、维护或由未授权技术人员进行的维护。

  2. 安装不符合原设计或与所售轮圈/车轮不兼容的零件、配件或轮胎。

  3. 由于碰撞、意外损坏、产品滥用、热损坏(通常由车轮与车辆排气系统太近造成)、不遵循制造商使用规格或其他任何原因造成的损坏或故障。

  4. 对于轮刹车轮使用不当的刹车垫,导致刹车表面熔化。

  5. 我们的轮圈上可使用的最强辐条为双尾部2/1.8/2mm。不允许使用2mm直径的直径辐条,否则将不享有保修(它们对碳轮圈而言太硬)。

  6. 如果轮子不是由CBK组装,辐条、顶针或轮组问题将不享有保修。

  7. 如果由非CBK技术人员对轮子进行任何操作,因“轮组相关问题”而提出的任何保修索赔可能会被拒绝。如果您对CBK组装的轮子有潜在的轮组保修问题,请首先联系我们以确定最佳解决方案。

  8. 正常磨损(辐条、顶针、锁扣、轴承、轮圈胶带等)。

如何提出索赔:

  • 发送清晰的带有问题位置和序列号的图片,并填写我们的客户投诉表。
  • 将上述所有信息发送给我们的销售人员,我们的销售人员会转发给工程师,并在3个工作日内回复。
  • 任何有限保修的更换/维修或碰撞更换计划都需要提供购买凭证。
