Warranty

CKB guaranty all of its parts for durability using, we offer 2-year warranty on frame rims/wheels, 1 year warranty for fork, handlebar,stem. In case of a repair or replacement, the warranty period to the total product does not extend.

If you have any quality issue with any component, simply return it to us for inspection (we do not pay for return shipping) and we will issue you a replacement component or fix the original at no additional cost. Replacement components will only be sent after we have received your returned component and finished an inspection to determine the cause of any problems.

The warranty does not apply:

1. Defects and damages due to improper treatment of the product.

2. Defects and damages due to accident, not by professional repairs, lack of maintenance / care and wear.

3. Defects or damages resulting from the use of unauthorized spare parts.

How to make a claim:

• send clear pictures of the position with problem and serial number,also fill in our CUSTOMER COMPLAINT SHEET

• send all above information to our sales, and our sales will forward to our engineers,give reply in 3 work days

• proof of purchase is required for any limited warranty replacement/repair or crash replacement program.

Shipping

1) Items are shipped from EMS, reach most of the countries within 5 to 15 business days.
Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may takes up to 15 business days.

2) Items are shipped from EMS, reach most of the countries within 30 to 50 business days.
For small parts like skwers, bottle cages and saddles etc that are light, so ship via China Post would be cheap,
But delivery time are long and can not track by website, so if you get items hurry pls choose EMS.

3) Items are shipped from DHL, reach most of the countries within 2 to 7 business days.
Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may takes up to 7 business days.
