We can make the thru-axle compatible with all bicycles.

If your frame is not on the list, we need you to measure your thru-axle size. Then, follow this step to customize the thru-axle.

1. Do you need a conical spacer? the size?

2, check your original thru axle's effective length （Choose the closest equivalent, preferably a bit longer than your original thru axle).

3. check your original thru axle's thread pitch (have 3 sizes: 1.0mm, 1.5mm,1.75mm ).

4. check your original thru-axle's thread length.

If you do not know how to check the thru-axle size, take photos of your thru-axle and contact us.

Note: If you think it is too troublesome, there are sizes marked on the thru-axle, you can take a photo and send it to us.

How to install:

• Keep clear & use grease.
• Do not apply locking compound on the threads.
• There are hexagonal holes on both sides, Easier installation and removal.
• Insertion of Thru Axle & preliminary tightening from the non-thread side.
• Final tightening (7-9N.m) from the side of the thread, 5N.m from the spacer side.
• Removal from the side of the thread.
