Coverage Options:

5-Year Warranty: This warranty is automatically provided at no extra charge from the date of your purchase.
Lifetime Warranty: Upgrade to a Lifetime Warranty for $100 USD/rim at the time of purchase.

Conditions:

Manufacturing Defects: If any manufacturing defect is discovered within 30 days of receiving your purchase, Carbonbikekits will replace the rim(s) and cover the shipping costs. For defects occurring after 30 days and up to the coverage level chosen (5-year or Lifetime), Carbonbikekits will replace the rim(s), with the associated shipping costs to be borne by the customer.
Product Replacement: We reserve the right to replace defective rims with a heavier-duty version or the newest equivalent model, at no additional charge, if the originally purchased rim is no longer available.
Non-Transferable: This warranty program applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Claim Period: Any issues with warranty replacement products must be reported within 7 days of receiving the replacement. Failure to do so will result in the replacement being considered settled. The warranty period remains tied to the original purchase date and does not reset with a replacement rim.

Improper Assembly or Maintenance: Coverage does not extend to issues arising from improper assembly or maintenance, including work performed by unauthorized technicians.
Incompatible Parts: Installation of parts, accessories, or tires not originally intended for or compatible with the rims/wheels as sold is not covered.
Damage: Damage or failures resulting from crashes, accidental damage, misuse of the product, heat damage (such as exposure to vehicle exhaust), non-compliance with manufacturer specifications, or other non-manufacturing related issues are not covered.
Straight Gauge Spokes: Use of straight gauge spokes is excluded from warranty coverage.
Wheel Building Issues: Issues related to spokes, nipples, or wheel building are not covered if the wheel(s) were not built by Carbonbikekits. If you encounter a potential wheel building warranty issue with a wheel built by Carbonbikekits, please contact us for assistance.
